Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). Because each painting is hand‑finished and carefully inspected, we ask for a little extra time to make sure everything is perfect before it ships.

Delivery Times

Shipping times depend on the option you select at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

• Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

These timeframes begin after your order has been processed. Please note that unforeseen delays—such as severe weather, carrier issues, or high seasonal volumes—can occasionally extend delivery times.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey in real time.

Modartly is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to your order. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
