Refund policy

We want you to love your new oil painting. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify for a return, the painting must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original protective packaging.

Damaged or Defective Artwork

Despite our careful packing, damage occasionally occurs during transit. If your painting arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and the packaging, and contact us at support@modartly.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or process a full refund, based on your preference.

Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items are ineligible for return:

  • Custom‑commissioned or personalized paintings

  • Items purchased during clearance or marked “final sale”

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for covering return shipping unless the return is due to our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item). Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
